Upload one print-ready PDF per panel (preferred) — a single combined PDF with every page at the exact panel size also works. No ZIP files. Every file is checked as it arrives — the goal is a full green checklist on every file.
Add your email and the artwork proof, print confirmation and any fix requests come straight to you. Your client stays the main contact.
Can I send one combined PDF instead of separate files?
Yes. Every page inside a combined PDF is identified and checked individually — exactly as if it were a separate file. Separate files are preferred only because a fix means re-uploading just that one panel instead of the whole document.
A file was flagged — how do I fix it?
Re-upload the corrected file with the same file name. It replaces the original automatically and is re-checked straight away.
What do you check?
Panel size and bleed, CMYK colour, image resolution, font embedding and leftover template layers — live, as each file arrives.
My file says it will be “auto-scaled at print” — do I need to do anything?
No. A size within 2% of the panel is scaled to fit automatically when we prepare the print sheet. Anything further out is flagged in red instead.
Files you have replaced
When you upload a panel again, the file it replaced is kept here so you can see everything that has been sent for this job. Only the newest version of each panel is printed. Need an earlier one back? Press Restore on it and it becomes the file we print — the one it replaces is kept here in turn, so you can always change your mind.
